Pre-Inspection & Rectification Advice

If your not sure that your fence and or barriers are up to code or you know something needs to be repaired. We can come and provide a written report with photographs and how to rectify the non-compliant problems.
Pool safety Inspection and Form 23

If you simply need a full inspection and compliance certificate (Form23)
The inspection will take about 45minuets and certificate will be e-mailed to you within 24hrs.
The QBCC form 23 cost ($45) is included in this service.
Re-Inspection due to non-compliance
A$99.00
This is only needed if something is found to be non-compliant and it needs fixing or replacing and we need to attend your property again to re-inspect.
Remote Area Inspections

Remote Area Exemptions
Local councils have the authority to declare specific areas as "remote" to reduce the financial burden on pool owners.
- Remote Inspection Process: If a pool is in a declared remote area, special arrangements may apply to the inspection process.
- Compliance Still Necessary: Even in remote areas, a pool safety inspector must be engaged to inspect the pool and ensure it meets the required safety standards.
